What photo size will be accepted?

I’m trying to upload pictures I’ve taken on my phone but it says they’re too large. I can compress and resize them - but what are the photo specifications which will be accepted?

Thanks for your question.

There are a few reasons why we might not be able to accept the images in their current form so we’d recommend that you contact our customer support team by clicking the blue “need help” button at the bottom of your screen so that they can look into this further.

Hi @J.richards89 - We do have a file size limit of 25mb, but otherwise I think any dimensions should be automatically resized where necessary. We also have a few articles on image recommendations here:

If you run into any issues, do let me know and we can work out a way for you to send the photos over by email / other service and then we can get them uploaded for you.

Thank you for your advices, I’ve resized to 1500×1000 and they’ve been accepted now.
