Does anyone have an opinion on the Guild of residential landlords vs NRLA? (Or any of the others BLA etc).
Anyone tried multiple ones out?
I’m a member of the Guild of Residential Landlords - I’ve found their resources a lifesaver, I’d recommend them to everyone.
NRLA since amalgamationhave gone downhill . No more face to face meetings . Only interested in selling you a product or service

Totally agree with you Colin on this one. Their online library was a great reference resource, now gone.
I complained about library being removed & a few other things; no one had the curtesy to answer
Also find when you ring their advice line, if you haven’t used the NLRA AST they won’t help. Nor as friendly as before.
