I am a landlord living far away from my rental property. The tenants disappeared and stopped paying rent. I visited the property and found it’s been boarded up. Policemen informed me that there was a warrant and forced entrance due to tenants grow drug in the house. The house is a complete mess: electrical system was tampered, lots of stuff left need to be dumped and boards to be dismantled and removed, internal doors are missing, some holes on the walls needs to be fixed etc. I need multiple tradesman like qualified electricians, handyman, maybe even builders (depending on the level of damages, which I can’t see before removing the stuff). What kind of tradesman or companies can manage the project and coordinate different trades persons, so I don’t have to hire a skip, find an electrician, handyman and do things separately?
