I am Deepak and new to OpenRent and the community. I have just let my house out for the first time through OpenRent and was wondering if there any other landlords in the Watford area who have a list of reliable and reasonably priced trades people (plumber, electrician, builder, decorator, etc) that they use. Maybe we could start a local list to share so that all landlords in Watford can use.
