The Openrent advert is fine, but the Rightmove and Zoopla listings have somehow been corrupted. I have tried changing the cover photo a couple of times, but it keeps being deleted.
Having the same problem! I upload 9 photos on OpenRent which are fine. On Zoopla, RightMove and Gumtree only a few appear and never the cover photo!
Have you managed to find a fix for this problem?
Hi both, sorry to hear of the confusion here! As per the approval email you receive when listing, photos require approval prior to being published on the portals.
After approval has been given, most portals will be updated in 3-6 hours. Gumtree can take up to 48 hours however.
