solicitors dont want to do this petty job, i had such a problem going from office to office in Milton Keynes, in the end luckily a divorce lawyer signed for £5. But I know you can ring the local court office get an appointment and then get it signed there by a judge or solicitor at a court too. I may have emailed atleast 10 firms, no one bothers to reply, one notary replied he charges £200!. My deposits and DPS both deal with cases nth minute. DPS is the worst, they dont even seem to have properly trained professionals, pathetic even on phone!. Good luck

Update - The tenant did not get the email from the company mydeposit. They messaged me whats happening with deposit and I said you did not accept. Then they said there is no email. They got in touch with mydeposit and they released the fund after accepting the deductions.
