Zero Hours Contract Tenants

I have a prospective tenant who works on zero hours contract. They have offered to pay 6 months rent up front and another 6 months at month 5 to cover a 12 month term. Would you accept? Are there any hidden risks to be aware of? Would 2 x 6month contract be better? Any advice gratefully received!!

There are tenants in full time jobs with guarantors and regular income .
