Is it 10 working days from you receiving the rent to us receiving it?
Tenant paid the rent on the 19th of may.
When do we expect to see this?

Thanks for getting in touch. If you’ve used our Rent Now tenancy creation service then we will continue to protect the tenant(s) initial rent payment for a short period after the agreed move in date - so we can make sure that the tenancy has started as expected.
