So my tenants pay on the 24th of the month but I don’t receive the funds until 16 days later! Open Rent sent me an email on 5th saying they had the funds but still not received.
Does anyone else find they take a long time to pay the rent to the landlord after receiving it from the tenant?

If you are using our Rent Collection service, as part of Rent Now, we will pass any payment receive on to you within one working day.
