Hi. A week ago ive paid one month deposit and one month rent. Im going to pick up Keys on Wednesday, 10/04, the first day of the tenancy. Open rent sent me email about bank details and there is written to pay rent amount by 10/04/2019. So I quite don’t get this, for what I’ve paid one month already? I hope that is some sort of mistake…

I can see the team have been in touch by email to clear things up.
Where payment of the final balance is made, we always let both landlords and tenants know with a confirmation email.
