I’m currently a joint tenant with my adult daughter, who is my carer. I’m fully mobile and don’t have any special housing requirements.
We have lived 11 years in a private rental flat. We have never missed a rent payment or had any issues with either our landlord or neighbours.
We would love to move to a house in a nearby area .
My benefits would cover most of the rent but I am able to add more so I can afford approx £700pcm.
I can pay a security deposit and even pay rent 3 months in advance if required.
I’m sure my current letting agent would provide excellent references as we haven’t put a foot wrong in 11 years.
