Me and my partner have enquired about a flat and we put a holding deposit and completed majority of the steps, but the property has been put back on the market. I am unsure why this has happened?
Did you view the property and agree with landlord about placing the deposit? If not this is probably the reason why.
The placing deposit function on openrent is a bone of contention here on this forum.
Yes I have viewed it, they agreed to us moving forward with the property. But it’s back up on the market
Is the landlord ignoring your messages? If so get in contact with Openrent.
did you actually place deposit via openrent or direct to landlord? If OR they have power to refund.
