Accidentally cancelled the reference report

Hi,

I’m new to Open Rent. I performed reference/ credit checks. I want to proceed with the contract. But I have accidentally cancelled the referencing check on my tenant. Now Open rent will allow me to proceed but does not allow me to the add the reference check of my tenant (as I have cancelled it). How can I un-cancel or restore a reference check

If you go to ‘pricing & servicing’ and select ‘tenant referencing’, can you add it there?

Got it sorted, by sending OpenRent an email to revert the cancelled report
