My reference process is passed successfully and now I want to add a guarantor, but there is not any option for it. Could you kindly guide me how can I do it
@mod_harry should be able to help or point you to next steps. If you want to add a guarantor no point unless you reference them too (either yourself or via OR referencing), results of which may affect if you can get OR’s rent gtee insurance

As you’re a tenant, you will need to request that your landlord orders referencing for your guarantor.
They will have the option to do this from the page in which they view your referencing results.
