Hi, I’m in need of assistance, a reference for a guarantor carried out by Rentguard has been completed but isn’t attached to my tenancy profile. Need this sorting ASAP as the tenant moves in today.

As you mention, tenant referencing is carried out by Rentguard, so they are the ones who can help.
If you email admin@rentguardtenantref.co.uk then they will be able to assist you with this.
