Can someone tell me if we can advertise somewhere else too at the same time or is it prohibited?
I read that we could link the current advert on open rent to other website but not sure of it. Can someone advice.

I doubt it’s an issue. If for an estate agents/lettings agents you pay when they find you a tenant or a propertysale and they don’t want the person they found to contact you and arrange privately as they’d lose their fee so they have have clauses in their contract to ensure they still get paid if they found the person. But even then they don’t stop you advertising elsewhere privately by word of mouth or however you want. You are the client. For sales there is usually a higher % fee if advertising a property for sale and they aren’t the sole agency.
In practice suppose you advert elsewhere in a shop window or with a sign outside the property or a different website. How are they going to stop you?
