I advertised way tooo early- at least 4 months before I need to move out. Now I have no enquiries and my advert is dropped down the pages. If I delete it and re list it - it will not appear at the top of the pages. Am I best leaving it?
It’ll only list for 3 months. Personally, I’d turn it off & start again a month before you move out. It’ll cost you again though.

Remove it for 2 weeks, then relist. It will show as a new property again on rightmove.
