When to Advertise

I have a flat which will be ready to rent out mid-April. I don’t want to start viewings until the end of March but I do intend to filter through enquiries via a questionnaire before viewings.
When is the best time to start advertising?
Any advice gratefully received.

if you advertise now people will want to view now so wait

Thanks Colin, when would you suggest is the best time to publish the listing?

I would try 2nd week in March to advertise if you feel you are in a strong market I t is all a bit of a lottery as someone may need to give notice to their present landlord
