AST creation without holding deposit

Hi all,

New to using OpenRent. We have tenants moving in from abroad and we’ve not asked for a holding deposit. We’ve secured the formal deposit.

My question is, how do I get access to the AST as part of RentNow, which we’ve paid for, without the holding deposit? The only option I have is to get a holding deposit.
