Hi I am hoping someone can assist me! This is my second property rented through Open Rent and I have hit the same problem again. The application does not seem to recognize my Monzo account banking details. My first rental I was lucky the landlord was happy to accept the latest copy of my bank statement. I really need to finish this application today. Would love any advice as I can’t move on to the next step of the application. Thank you
