Bathtub or shower? Investment decision

Hi.

people use to say a property values more if you have a bathtub rather than a shower.

However, for a small 1 bed flat that has a shabby bathtub need replacing, is it worth changing it to a shower or replace it with a bathtub?

I always put a bathtub in with a shower screen and an electric shower over the bath

Thanks, That make sense, but excuse my knowledge on this, i don’t see an electric one on my one, why some has electric and some doesn’t?

persunal choice. I always put one in so if the boiler goes off ,they can still have a shower
