Boiler Service for property I rent out

A month ago I had the boiler serviced at a property I rent out. The agency who rent the property out for me sorted this out for me.
I’ve just been informed by them that the heating now isn’t working so they need to send somebody out to fix it.
Where do I stand? Will I need to now pay to get it fixed?
Thanks for any advice.

Did you get a guarantee?

It’s impossible to answer as we have no idea what was said, who did it, what did the paperwork say, what happened to it, was it a reputable firm etc ?!

As Per says and unlikely you have any recourse. Speak to your agent, they might have some leverage. Anything could have happened to the boiler in the month after the service.
