Hi. I am going through vetting process for tenants. They are 3 members of a family and 1 has a nimor CCJ for a parking which is now paid odd. Will i struggle to get Rent Guarantee Insurance for these tenants ?

It depends on the terms and conditions of the RGI. If you could read them, you might be able to see what their parameters are for tenants with bad credit history.
Is avoidance of responsibility minor?
if it was a minor responsibility then yup, it sure is. I’d class a parking ticket as minor compared with, say, a year’s rental arrears. One does not necessarily lead to the other.
