Been living at the property since may 2021, originally signed up to a 12 months tenancy. Renewed our tenancy on a 24 month contract. This runs out in may 2024. Needing to move as we’ve outgrown property with a teenager sharing a room with her little sister. There’s no break claws on the tenancy. Is there any way of terminating this before may 2024?
We’ll best to ask landlord , you may have to find a new tenant or pay to find one , but the LL has all the cards and could hold you to it or accept a payment!
