I have tenants who I like and who can easily afford the property but is starting a new job in a month. The challenge is that when I run references his affordability is £0 due to the upcoming change of companies.
My questions are:
- Can you get rent guarantee insurance (outside of OpenRent) after a tenancy starts or do you have to get it a the beginning of the tenancy?
- Can I wait until I run new referencing once he is in his new job and then get rent guarantee insurance?
