Tenant has just paid the deposit and first months rent.
They now want to pay weekly, is there a way to change this in the system, to reflect this.
Obviously I’ve just worked out the annual rent / 52 but can’t see how to log this on Openrent.
I’m not using the rent collection service.

If you are not using the rent collection, you don’t need to change anything on Openrent. They set up your contract, and aren’t involved in the rent now.
I would advise against changing your contract
Leave it as monthly
Weekly rents require a rent book by law which you must fill in and have evidence of service to the tenant ( without evidence you cannot use a s21)
You will need to go to the property every week and fill in the rent book.
Do you have the time ? Think of fuel costs etc to accommodate this
Maybe I misunderstood. You want to change the actual contract? No need. Your contractual payments are £xpm. If a tenant wishes to split that into several smaller payments throughout he month (this could be weekly or otherwise), then I’d have no problem with that, but I wouldn’t change the monthly contract.
