I am looking to start the tenancy for my property on 15th October but would like the rental payment dates to be around the 1st of each month. For the period 15/10 to 01/11 I am looking to charge 2 weeks of rent. Is there anyway that I can get the tenabcy agreement to reflect this construct?

I have done it in with a few of my tenants in past and one now.
I usually ask them to pay for 14 days by calculating rent for 365 days and the for each day multiply for 14days.
Then at the end of the year in the last month rent they have to pay 14days less.
Tenants were happy with that.
