Move rent date to 1st of the month

Hi,

We’ve recently been told our rent has to be paid through Openrent.

We move in on the 21st of the month, but we’re hoping we could pay the rent until the 1st of the next month, and then start paying rent on 1st every month after that.

Is there a way for us to do this?

We don’t want it to seem like we missed a rent payment…

Hi David,

It’s not too important when the rental period starts as long as the full amount of rent is paid by the due date. You could pay the rent on the first of every month if you wanted, as long as you are paying in advance of the due date.
