Hi, the family applying have offered 3 adults to be ref checked. 2 have failed but one has passed as the affordability is checked as a third each. If I combine their affordability they pass. Is this enough evidence for my landlord insurance that requires this?
So if the one leaves who is “good” you are up the swany river.?

I think it has to depend. If it were a couple with a son/daughter at college I think it would be different to other scenarios.
