Hello to you all! I would like to make a complaint regarding an agency. Do you know how to proceed to this? Additionally, i afraid that they will not give me back my money. Do you know any legal route i could follow so to oblige them to give me back my money?
Agents have to be members of a redress scheme. The scheme they belong to will be advertised in their office and on their website.
