Have you logged into Reposit. Surely there must be a similar ‘contact us’ help link
I have found several times now with tenants complaining their deposits have not been released that they did not reply to the email sent to them by the deposit scheme…have you? I now end up chasing my ex-tenants to answer the email and get their money back because I want to make a clean break!
