I don’t have a copy of my lease which is required to start the lease extension process.
Visiting the HM Registry website for my property, it doesn’t list a lease document under the available documents. How best to proceed ?

there is a Leasehold Advisory Service website . maybe help there?
If you have a mortgage then you can contact your lenders as
they might a copy of all documents and they might able to provide you a copy.
Please give a call to land registry and they would able
to help you. As far as I am aware there are fees to pay
for to obtain a copy of lease.
Also you may able to get from your freeholder/managing
company and they may probably charge.
