I’m looking for any up to date advice again if anyone can help with regards to the best way to advertise a property as serviced accommodation via open rent and specifically with regards to the rental agreement contract via this platform so I’m able to offer short term accommodation of 1 month at a time. I’ve seen a few companies on open rent doing this method but have had no response from them or open rent on the contract specifics and how to go about this correctly. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. Also with serviced accommodation I gather that there would be no rental amount disputes unlike an AST?

Think Openrent likely view such arrangements as incompatible with their APTs (previously ASTs) which say subletting not allowed.
So you’d need your own contract template and use OR to advertise only.
If so you can get a free OR listing. And get on rightmove cheaper using a listing via hello neighbour
