Hi all I’m new to this land lord stuff. I’ve found tenants that seem great .however. I’ve been messaged today saying he will probably fail the credit check due to failed business He Says all other checks will be ok.his partner will pass all checks they say. Should I steer clear. They do seem a little concerned about upsetting there current landlord for some reason that they may be moving soon

Failed business . Maybe they owe him money. No point in doing a credit check if you ignore it. I bet there were people owed money if the business failed.
