Hello, I am new to Openrent, I recently used Rent Guard to vet two prospective tenants, I found them quite expensive and changed to Mudhut. Has anyone used Mudhut for credit checks? Is the credit check for CCJ etc done on the property the tenant is living at or is it against the tenants name?
I have asked the tenants for additional information like Proof of ID, Payslips and Bank statements.
