This post is clearly spam.
Surely the warning to other landlords should be make sure youre aware of the local licensing rules and take responsibity for the knowing the law when you decide to let a property.
Isn’t it illegal to do this?
Would it not breach GDPR?

They’re using a sob story to promote a business where you pay them £30 for a search of publicly available material.
If they really cared, they’d do this for free.
In addition, they claim to be a UK limited company but display no company number nor is there any record of “UK Property Tribunal Search” on the Companies House website.
This is in direct contravention of company law which states that
On business letters, order forms and websites, you must show:
- the company’s registered number
- its registered office address
- where the company is registered (England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland)
- the fact that it’s a limited company (usually by spelling out the company’s full name including ‘Limited’ or ‘Ltd’)
In addition, they can’t spell formerly:
We are a formally private landlords
Where is this material public ally available
That’s their claim, not mine.
We only share information that is on public record.
But a quick search for “UK First Tier Property Tribunal records” will get you the database they’re pobably searching.
