I received a message from landlord asking for salary before getting a viewing. I literally was in the middle of answering when they just declined saying I didn’t meet the finance check requirements. I didn’t even have time to click send! How can they make such a statement when they hadn’t received my info? I couldn’t even click send as the ability to do so is stopped on the system.
It’s unfortunate, but clearly the LL for whatever reason has declined your application. They don’t have to provide a reason and you don’t have right of reply. Best to just move on and look for another property.
