My tenant left and I done check out inventory and place needs a good deep clean as paint splashes on carpet. The feature walls be painted in all rooms he now covered to match rest of the rooms but when inventory check was done it does not match. He left moss grown front back garden.
My question is do I get deep clean done so it’s ready for re renting as oven is filthy too or do I wait to see if he claim on deposit? I have also claimed on my rent insurance for missing rent he simply decided not to pay me but for me to use his deposit as payment! Cheek! The house is empty now and I need to clean then check in inventory.
