Potential tenant passed reference checks but has given excuse after excuse as to why she hasn’t signed contract, its been 10 days now & im starting to get worried. She is meant to move in next weekend (7 days time). I think she is trying to get me to cancel the application so that she doesnt lose her £200 deposit. What should I do? Thanks
