Hi all,
Ive recently just signed my contract on my first ever tenancy. However i am growing concerned as my prospective landlord has been taking time to reply to each stage.
He took almost 72 hours to begin referencing, but then opted to do the speedy one.
And now its been over 24 hours since i signed my contract as the sole tenant. And im still waiting for him to do the same. I just want to get it signed so i can make the deposit and rent payment so i can secure my home.
Anyone have advice on this? I have messaged him and made him aware that my signing was done. Is there a deadline to landlords signing contracts before it gets auto cancelled by openrent?
