Difficulty finding looking for Landlords that accept UC/dss/ students

Dear sir/ madam

I am struggling to find a 1 Bed flat
£1250 budget in SE/SW London.

I am finishing my studies = student
On DSS = Universal Credit.

Potential landlords require a guareentor for DSS/Universal credit tenants
OR
30x times £1250 rent salary tenants. of which I dont have.

Iam on all the websites including Openrent.and estate agents.

Do you have any suggestions

It may be easier to find a room in a shared house. Thats what most students have and landlords may be more willing to take a risk on this.
