I went to visit the flat for me, and my husband. Landlord and we discussed and came into decision to rent the property. Landlord agreed to sign the contract after 3 days. We were expecting to rent the flat after 3 days. But landlord told us that can not sign the contract. We confused and our dreams are full fallen down to get the flat.
I assume that you mean that the Landlord has decided not to rent to you.
With properties receiving many, many applicants, you should expect not to be successful with every application.
