Just moved here from overseas and found a place within my budget. It’s going to be a while before I can get a UK bank. Will Monzo debit card work for the holding deposit after the viewing? Monzo seems like the quickest way for me to get a debit card. Thanks!
They should do - they have a full banking license & issue a Master Card debit card. Starling Bank offer exactly the same, card & have a credit ladder integration so you can build credit score via paying rent if you sign up. I prefer Starling, myself.
