Does Rent Guarantee insurance renew once you have all the checks done each year or do you have to prove tenant income on a yearly basis?

I am just wondering if once you purchase Rent Guarantee Insurance with existing tenant and they have passed the criteria is it just renewed each year after that that they are tenants or do you have to do annual employment checks?
