My self and my partner are just waiting for the contracts, do we pay the deposit and the first months rent when we get the keys or when do we pay them?
Also I am going on maternity so my partner will be solely paying the rent what happens if he changes job and his pay day changes? Can we request the rent day to change or can this be changed after the 6month?

Hi, we pay each month using the bank details on open rent, as far as I understood it the first two months were paid to open rent then passed to our landlord then after the two months we pay directly to the landlord.
