Hello, I booked my EICR with OpenRemt at £159. It took place today and I am awaiting the report. I am curious though as to how long they generally take? Mine today was a 2 bed flat. I guess it was less involved than i expected and the entirety of it was the fuse box only so naturally did not take very long.
I just spoke with my tenant - 2 bed flat. She said they were done in 10 minutes and didn’t move any furniture. I don’t see how they can have checked 80% of the system. Plus their report was spurious to say the least and I am planning to make a complaint.
