The EICR on the landlords package option page is misleading. It is advertised at £69 but charged 159 at payment stage. Has anyone else had the same experience. What to do???
Customer service call for landlords are cutting off while on hold so cant get hold of anyone to speak to either.
Just wanted to be clear on things before pisting my flat on Openrent.

You have selected pat testing which is £69.
You need to select the right option at start of process.
Be warned, if you don’t know EICR is just a report. There may be lots of remedial work required. You have a month to get things done and openrent won’t do the remedial work. (their appointed eicr sparky may)
I suspect at £159 to Openrent so, presumably, a chunk less to the sparky, the sparky will be very keen to find some remedial work. Or am I just cynical??

A useful eicr test takes atleast 4 hours for a 3 bed semi.
A one hour test is pretty much useless.
