I booked electrical installation safety certificate test on line on 10 July, but when someone calling me on 1 July, she told me it is going to be 21 July. I said it could not be delayed anymore. And she guarantee me engineer will definitely go. But trueth is ,. No one showed up after 40 minutes passed the appointment time. The company number is 0845 070 3404. I called them twice, left messages twice. Can not get hold of open rent either. Ridiculous service.

I also booked an EICR via Openrent and it worked perfectly. My email was followed up with a phonecall and then a text confirming all the details with the opportunity to reschedule. Three days later a further text confirmed the arrangements. On the appointed day, the electricians were prompt and carried out the inspection under Covid 19 conditions. The certificate was emailed to me the same day. I cannot praise the service highly enough.
