Hi Everyone,

I’m looking to streamline certain processes to make landlord jobs quicker and more efficient. One of the things I noticed I spend a lot of time on is sending emails out to tenants to ask them for certain information prior to or during the tenancy. Quite often tenants don’t read (or don’t read the entire email) and I would have to remind them a few times to do it. For contract signing, I use a system called Eversign that allows tenants to sign contracts remotely using any device and it also shows me if someone has viewed the link or signed the document, and it sends reminders every 3 days. I’m basically looking for something similar for emails, where if the tenant does not reply then it will continue to remind them in a few days. Does anyone know of a system that does this? If there is an upload facility that would be even better.

I’m all for making time consuming (but necessary) jobs more time efficient, so if you have any other tips and tricks that you use I’d love to hear it.

Personally I don’t like being dependent on subscription systems like this, takes away control.

Thanks Mark. This looks like a system that does more than just email reminders. I’ll have a look, I’d also prefer not to go with subscription systems.

theres a product called boomerang that does just email automated reminders. Works for Gmail and Outlook.

Also “email follow up” for outlook. About $30 one-off purchase.

NRLA have been advertising s system that they say will be included in membership.
