Then its unlikely that you have a 6 month moratorium on s21 notices.
IMO when you are residing, you are kind of owning premises for leased duration, doing little maintenance is great which you would do in own home anyway, keep WD40 and bit of spray on hinges once in few months will make things in order, LLs are not making much money since sweeping tax changes, and other compliance costs.
